Boden Dock Architecture

A look at how Intelligent Asset Memory and distributed inference routing power Boden Dock—a headless generative video editing and production platform.

The Operational Proving Strategy

Boden Dock is a hybrid, cloud-native non-linear video editor (NLE) that combines a standard timeline interface with a decoupled headless API. Instead of burning engineering cycles evaluating theoretical database scales, we deploy our core systems directly into Boden Dock to process large volumes of binary media, index hundreds of thousands of individual frame vectors, and route inference workloads under continuous production pressure.

Chronological Video Segmentation

Traditional media systems only store metadata at the file level. Boden Dock uses Intelligent Asset Memory to segment raw video into chronological slices. Background workers sample keyframes and generate visual embeddings, allowing users to search thousands of hours of video for specific actions or scenes at exact second-level timestamps.

02 / Stylistic Controls

Visual Style Anchoring

To prevent generative video from drifting or producing inconsistent imagery, reference visual anchors are embedded and stored in IAM. The inference router supplies these vectors into downstream generation jobs to maintain consistent lighting, color palettes, and framing across cut scenes.

03 / Compute Efficiency

Production Scale Abstraction

While our dev environments utilize flexible workflow tools, our production track drops graphical layers completely in favor of pure, headless code executions. Lightweight text-to-vector extraction is handled instantly via local quantized models, while heavy diffusion matrices and visual generation workloads are intelligently offloaded to warm serverless GPU clusters via the inference router—cutting cloud infrastructure overhead.

04 / Multi-Tenant Boundary Controls

Workspace Security Under Load

Because video pipelines handle large, proprietary asset pools, data crossover is a major risk. Boden Dock relies on our perimeter authorization gates to enforce zero-trust bounds. API tokens map directly to tenant isolation keys, ensuring every vector query, background extraction loop, and search query is isolated inside its designated collection container.
